Burgundy and Gold Ornaments add Charm and Elegance to your Christmas

Most everyone has heard the song about "silver and gold decorations on every Christmas tree".  These are certainly beautiful colors, but I also love how burgundy and gold ornaments look at Christmas time.  They add a certain elegance to any Christmas tree, and can add a charming, Victorian atmosphere to your home.  However, if it's a modern feel you're going for, there are plenty of burgundy and gold Christmas decorations to suit your style as well.

I have to admit I'm a little partial to burgundy and gold color combinations, and even used these colors in my fall wedding twelve years ago!   After looking around online,  I found many ornaments and decorations in these colors, ranging from elegant to whimsical.  Below are four that I found that show the different styles available in burgundy and gold.  I really like all of these, and the jeweled Disney Parks Mickey Mouse ornament was a fun surprise, and shows that burgundy and gold ornaments can be fun and modern also. Since I have Christmas decorations in many styles and colors that I've collected throughout the years, I haven't had a chance to have a burgundy-and-gold-only Christmas tree yet.  I also don't have enough room for more than one full-sized tree (I wish!), so this 4-foot, pre-lit pull-up Thomas Kinkade tree with burgundy and gold ribbon would be perfect!

Don't just limit yourself to tree ornaments since there are many items available in these colors such as tree skirts, bath towels, linens and table runners, to name a few.  No matter how much or little you use, burgundy and gold will add a warm, welcoming atmosphere to your home for the holidays.
